ORDERING INFORMATION

  1. MINIMUM ORDER: $15.00 (does not include C.O.D. or shipping charges).
  2. MINIMUM QUANTITY: A minimum item quantity of five (5) pieces required for each shape, material or color of tag.
  3. PAYMENT CONDITIONS: Net 30 on approved credit. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover & C.O.D. orders.
  4. FREE SHIPPING: Free shipping (up to $20.00) within the continental united states via UPS Ground Trac on all orders over $150.00. Free shipping does not apply to C.O.D. charges or air freight orders.
  5. DELIVERY: Immediate shipment will be made on all in stock items. We will pay shipping on any back order.
  6. RETURNS: All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt of order. Returned merchandise will be accepted only with prior authorization and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  8. GUARANTEE: We guarantee unconditionally, that all of the items in this catalog will meet or exceed your expectations. All of our brass and stainless steel tags are deburred and polished to a bright finish. Our aluminum and plastic tags have smoothe edges on one side and little or no burr on the other.
  9. YEAR END SHUTDOWN: We will be closed for two weeks during the Christmas and New Year Holidays. Please plan ahead for the holiday rush and any ordering needs during this time.
